PAY ATENTION TO THESE MISTAKES:

We have to say  I WAS BORN  (not I born)

My father's name

I like playing  (After like, love hate... we must use  the verb with ing.

Don´t forget the -s in the third person of the present simple of the verbs:

He has

she studies

she likes..
